If your employer is offering Rx ‘n Go, you have an additional solution for your prescription medication needs. When you utilize Rx ‘n Go, your medication will be conveniently delivered via mail to your home or office. Moreover, your employer could cover up to 100% of the cost for the generic medication offered via Rx 'n Go.
The process of receiving your medication through Rx ‘n Go is very convenient:
|1. ||Licensed health care practitioner issues prescription.|
|2.||Send the prescription and completed form to Rx ‘n Go either by phone, fax or mail.|
|3.||Your medication will be delivered to you within 5 – 7 business days from the date we receive your valid prescription.|
In order to receive your generic prescription medication from us, the following form must be completed and sent to us along with the original prescription. Alternatively, your licensed health care practitioner can phone in or fax us your prescription. Note – only your licensed health care practitioner can phone or fax us a prescription on your behalf.
Approximately 2 weeks from the date your prescription is eligible for renewal you will be receiving a reminder notice either through the mail or email. If your prescription is for longer than 90 days, all you need to do is respond to the reminder with the necessary information and your new medication will be sent to you. It’s that simple.
